Spread the love

No doubt, going to the gym is one of the best ways to keep fit; however the membership fee can be pocket draining at times. Also getting to the gym on super-busy days or when you are traveling can be damn impossible. Sometimes even fitting a sweat session into your regular work day can pose a challenge. And if you are someone like me that is notorious for practically “donating” my money to the gym without ever making use of that membership, I bet you won’t mind having free workout apps as an alternative for getting fit.
I recently posted on how to workout without going to the gym, but let’s take it a step further. By using the right apps on your smartphones, you can exercise regularly without spending a dime. And the interesting thing is that there are lots of free workout apps out there that will fit your workout style, preferences, and goals. Also the beauty of using these free workout apps is that you can track your progress, help you identify when you are training too hard or not training hard enough, or not hitting the ideal heart rate long enough for significant calorie burn.
However in order to see result, you have to be consistent and spend some time each week reviewing your data and progress. BEBE AFRIKANA presents to you 20 free workout apps you can download right away and have your phone double as your personal trainer.
